Strength & Conditioning Coach

RemoteUS time zones

The role

EHC provides online training, nutrition and accountability coaching for executives and founders. We’re hiring a Strength & Conditioning Coach to design training programmes and support members in the US region.

You’ll own strength, cardio and mobility programming, review training progress and adapt sessions to each member’s ability, equipment and schedule. You’ll also provide clear exercise feedback and work with the Clinical Nutritionist and Performance Coach to support consistent follow-through.

What you’ll do

  • Design and review personalised strength, cardio and mobility programmes around members’ goals, experience, available equipment and realistic training time.
  • Provide clear exercise instructions and review training videos. Give practical feedback on technique, session structure and progression within your professional scope.
  • Review completed sessions and training progress. Adjust exercise selection, workload and progression when the member’s circumstances or feedback require it.
  • Adapt sessions for home, gym and hotel facilities, including shorter training options around work and travel.
  • Use behaviour-change coaching to help members establish routines, address missed sessions and follow through on agreed actions.
  • Coordinate with the Clinical Nutritionist and Performance Coach, documenting programming decisions and communicating changes clearly.
  • Protect member confidentiality, recognise concerns outside fitness coaching and refer to an appropriate healthcare professional when needed.

What you bring

  • A current, recognised personal training certification or equivalent professional qualification, with any registration and insurance required for the work undertaken.
  • Experience designing individual strength and conditioning programmes and adjusting them using client feedback and training data.
  • Ability to assess exercise technique from video and explain corrections clearly without in-person supervision.
  • Practical experience with behaviour change and helping clients maintain training routines alongside demanding schedules.
  • Clear written, voice and video communication, accurate coaching records and reliable remote collaboration.
  • Availability to work hours aligned with US time zones and provide consistent support to members in the US region.
