Who you are joining
Exec Health Club is the online accountability coaching membership operated by Launch VC Pty Ltd, ABN 73 692 888 350, ACN 692 888 350. “EHC”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Launch VC Pty Ltd. Our contact address is 56 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. Contact us at hello@exechealthclub.com.
These terms explain your membership, payments and use of our program and accountability coaching. You can review membership and choose whether to join through our online checkout. Selecting “Continue to payment” submits your membership details, selected training goals and executive confirmation to EHC and prepares secure payment; it does not confirm a payment or start membership. By selecting “Begin membership” and completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. If you joined through our earlier website checkout, the terms accepted with that purchase continue to apply to it. Please keep a copy for your records. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Your membership
Membership is for adults aged 18 or over residing in the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong or New Zealand. You must provide accurate contact, payment and onboarding information and tell us about changes relevant to delivering your membership.
Your Strength & Conditioning Coach (a certified personal trainer, or PT) and Clinical Nutritionist (a certified nutritionist) create your personalised training and nutrition program. Your Performance Coach helps you stick to that program. Accountability support includes daily contact, check-ins, reminders, feedback on follow-through and progress checks, with the communication, schedule and travel support described on our website.
Your Strength & Conditioning Coach is responsible for exercise programming and your Clinical Nutritionist for nutrition programming. Your Performance Coach helps you put the program into practice and refers questions about program design or changes to the relevant professional. Accountability coaching does not include clinical assessments or medical advice. Daily contact does not mean a continuously monitored or emergency service.
After payment, we arrange onboarding and coach matching and confirm that the accountability service you are seeking is within our scope. Onboarding covers your goals, routine, training experience, available equipment and food preferences. It is not a medical assessment. If EHC is not suitable for your needs or we cannot provide your membership, we will cancel the subscription and refund your payment in full.
Price and monthly renewal
New memberships cost US$399 per month. Your first payment is taken when you complete your membership purchase. The subscription then renews automatically each month until you cancel. The amount and currency payable are shown before you authorise payment; your payment records show the billing dates. Each billing period is one month. Existing memberships keep their agreed price and billing cadence unless you agree to a change.
By subscribing, you authorise Launch VC Pty Ltd, operating as Exec Health Club, to charge your selected payment method for these recurring membership payments through Stripe. No minimum term or cancellation fee applies.
Payments are in US dollars. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees when your account uses another currency. These are set by that provider. We do not add charges that have not been disclosed before you authorise payment.
If a payment fails, we may ask you to update your payment method and temporarily pause coaching until payment is resolved. We will not use a payment issue to remove your refund or consumer rights.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@exechealthclub.com from your membership email address. Tell us that you want to cancel; no particular wording or explanation is required.
A cancellation request received before your next payment is due stops that renewal. We will confirm cancellation by email. The time we take to process a timely request will not create an extra renewal; if one is taken after that request, we will refund it.
Unless you request and receive a refund or agree otherwise with us, you retain access until the end of the period you have paid for. After the initial guarantee period, cancelling does not normally create a refund for an already used or partly used billing period. This does not limit any right to a refund, cancellation or other remedy under applicable law.
Your 30-day money-back guarantee
New memberships under the US$399 monthly offer:
If EHC isn’t for you, email hello@exechealthclub.com within 30 days of your first successful membership payment. We’ll cancel your membership and refund that first payment in full.
You do not need to give a reason or meet attendance, progress or program-completion conditions. We refund the first payment to your original payment method. We do not deduct a cancellation or processing fee from the refund. Later renewal payments are not included in this new-membership guarantee, even if charged within the first 30 days. This does not limit any other refund entitlement under these terms or applicable law. Your bank controls how quickly an issued refund appears in your account.
Existing memberships: Any broader guarantee in your agreed terms continues to apply. For memberships purchased under the previous guarantee, the following terms continue:
If the membership is not for you, email hello@exechealthclub.com within 30 days after your first successful membership payment. We will cancel your membership and refund all membership fees charged during that initial 30-day period to your original payment method.
You do not need to give a reason or meet attendance, progress or program-completion conditions. The guarantee also covers any renewals that fall within those first 30 days. We do not deduct a cancellation or processing fee from the refund. Your bank controls how quickly an issued refund appears in your account.
This guarantee is additional to your rights under consumer law. The 30-day period does not set a deadline for raising a valid statutory claim, and a refund required by law is not limited to the first month.
Service scope and safe participation
EHC is an accountability service, not a healthcare provider. Our programs cover fitness and general nutrition, and our coaches help you follow them. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, disease management, injury rehabilitation, medical nutrition therapy, medication management or emergency care. EHC does not replace your doctor or other treating professional.
We do not order or interpret blood tests, or request or maintain bloodwork results, diagnostic reports, disease histories or medical records as part of the service. Please do not send these materials to EHC or your Performance Coach.
Exercise and changes to diet can carry risks. You are responsible for seeking advice or clearance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing exercise or nutrition when appropriate for your circumstances, and for following their guidance. If a planned activity or food is unsuitable, tell us the practical restriction so the relevant Strength & Conditioning Coach or Clinical Nutritionist can consider it; you do not need to give us the underlying diagnosis or medical records. Our team cannot decide whether a medical condition makes participation safe.
Do not change prescribed treatment or delay professional care because of information from EHC. Stop an activity that causes concerning symptoms and seek appropriate medical help. For an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the program and accountability support. Your participation and circumstances affect your progress; we do not promise a particular weight, physique, health outcome or completion date. This does not limit our money-back guarantee, any express promise about the service or your consumer rights.
Personal service and respectful use
Your membership is for your personal use. Keep access details secure, follow reasonable program instructions and treat coaches and other people involved in the service respectfully. Do not share another person's private information without authority or use our systems unlawfully.
We may adjust your coach arrangements to maintain the service. Changes to exercise or nutrition programming are handled by the relevant Strength & Conditioning Coach or Clinical Nutritionist. We will discuss a material service change with you. If we cannot provide the service you purchased, your rights to an appropriate remedy remain available.
We may suspend or end a membership for a serious safety concern, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, persistent non-payment or a material breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it. We will stop future billing and refund fees for any remaining period we do not provide, except to the extent a different outcome is required by law or agreed with you.
Your information and our materials
Your coaching messages, photographs and other material remain yours. You give us permission to use them only as reasonably needed to deliver and administer your service, subject to our privacy policies and any required consent. Membership is not permission to use your name, photographs or results in public marketing; that requires separate permission.
You may use the training plans and other EHC materials we provide for your own personal purposes. Do not commercially reproduce, sell or distribute them without permission. Nothing here prevents a use permitted by law or the exercise of your information-access rights.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law and mandatory protections in your country of residence.
Australian consumers are entitled to services supplied with due care and skill, fit for a disclosed purpose and within a reasonable time where no time is agreed. If a consumer guarantee is not met, you may be entitled to cancellation, a refund, a repeat service or compensation, depending on the circumstances. Our voluntary guarantee does not replace these rights.
No statement about variable results, third-party services or the limits of coaching removes our responsibility for our own services or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
UK members and statutory cancellation
If you are a UK consumer, you normally have a statutory right to cancel a service contract within 14 days after the day it is made, without giving a reason. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is additional to that right and provides a full refund of membership fees within its scope.
You can exercise your cancellation right by sending us a clear statement by email or post using the contact details in these terms. You may use the optional cancellation form below, but you do not have to. Sending your notice before the relevant deadline is sufficient. We do not require you to give up statutory cancellation rights as a condition of joining.
Where an express request is required to start coaching during a statutory cancellation period, we will seek that request before starting. Requesting an early start does not remove our 30-day guarantee. Statutory cancellation refunds will be made within the period required by law, generally no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.
Questions and complaints
If something is wrong, contact hello@exechealthclub.com with the issue and the outcome you seek. We will review it and work with you towards a resolution. You do not have to complete an internal process before exercising a legal right.
You can also contact the relevant consumer or privacy regulator, or any other authority with jurisdiction over your complaint. Nothing in these terms limits a complaint, court or tribunal process available to you, or a legal standard that applies to the service or the professionals providing it.
Changes and governing law
The terms shown when you purchase govern that purchase. We may update them for future memberships or renewals. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes affecting an existing membership and at least 30 days' notice of a price increase, with the opportunity to cancel before it takes effect. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter a period already paid for.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. NSW courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in a court available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
