Clinical Nutritionist

RemoteCoaching

The role

EHC is hiring a Clinical Nutritionist to develop and review personalised nutrition plans for members. This remote role applies clinical nutrition knowledge to general nutrition coaching, meal planning and eating habits.

You’ll work with Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Performance Coaches to adapt plans to members’ goals, food preferences, routines and travel. Review adherence, member feedback and progress, then adjust recommendations within EHC’s general nutrition service.

What you’ll do

  • Develop personalised nutrition plans based on each member’s goals, food preferences, routine, available options and dietary restrictions.
  • Provide evidence-based guidance on meal planning and food choices, including business dinners, travel and changing schedules.
  • Explain recommendations to members and their coaches, including when further professional input is needed.
  • Review adherence, member feedback and progress with the Performance Coach. Adjust plans when the evidence and member’s circumstances support a change.
  • Document recommendations and decisions, and communicate plan changes to the member’s coaching team.
  • Recognise needs outside general nutrition coaching and refer appropriately. EHC does not provide medical nutrition therapy, disease management, medication advice or bloodwork interpretation.

What you bring

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in clinical nutrition, nutrition or dietetics, supported by clinical nutrition training and professional registration or accreditation where required for the work undertaken.
  • Experience developing individual nutrition plans and supporting behaviour change, including adapting advice to food preferences and practical constraints.
  • Ability to assess nutrition evidence, explain uncertainty and avoid unsupported claims.
  • A respectful approach to food, weight and body image, and the ability to recognise when someone needs support from an appropriately qualified clinician.
  • Clear written communication, reliable remote collaboration and secure handling of confidential information.
